Lance Ford. Lance began his remodeling career over 15 years ago specializing in
real estate "fix and flips." Since then Lance has personally bought,
renovated and sold numerous properties for himself and other home renovation
clients. With this extensive remodeling and renovation experience, ARC is sure

Arizona and serving the "Southeast" Valley. We are a single source
renovation and Remodeling Contractor resource. Our mission is to make renovation easy, practical and affordable. We
understand our customers want seamless service from inspiration to installation
and that home improvement is not only about the house, it's about a self
improvement life-style. We believe bathrooms and kitchens are personal and need

options. We'll keep the lines of communication open until you're confident with
the design you've selected. Once you sign off on the design, we write up the
specs and a set of plans. We'll pinpoint a start date, set a completion date, and embark upon demolition and
installation. As your general contractor, we handle all the details.
